Richfield City General Plan

Starting with their existing plan, RCC worked closely with Richfield City to craft a completely reimagined general plan that addresses current challenges while preserving community character. The comprehensive update focused on balancing small-town atmosphere with increasing development pressure for higher-density housing—a common challenge facing many growing communities. A key accomplishment was the development of a new annexation policy plan, providing a framework for strategic growth management. Through collaborative planning efforts, we helped Richfield create a vision that accommodates necessary growth while maintaining the qualities that make it a desirable place to live. The resulting document serves as both a practical guide for decision-makers and a blueprint for sustainable community development.
