Ballard City General Plan, Ordinance Update, and Website

The fluctuating economic cycles in the Uinta Basin create unique development issues for its communities.  This generates differing opinions about how to regulate land uses. Ballard recently retained Rural Community Consultants to conduct a major update to its ordinances and zoning strategies that involve community and business owner outreach.  A major revision to the city’s website was also done as part of the project.
