Blanding City General Plan + Code Update

With its university, regional medical facilities, and proximity to national outdoor recreation amenities, Blanding City is an anchor community in the four corners area. The City partnered with Rural Community Consultants because they wanted to modernize their plans and land use codes. Special emphasis was given to the creation of interactive mapping resources. Blanding City also wanted a process that was focused, but not rushed. This requirement led to a successful completion in six months.
