Duchesne City General Plan

Duchesne City is the county seat of Duchesne County and the “Gateway to the Uintah Basin”. In part due to a historic rise and fall trajectory in population due to the oil and gas industry that is so prevalent in the region, Rural Community Consultants was able to help review and lead discussions about how Duchesne City can meet state requirements and plan for a successful future. Supporting the work of the City staff and the Planning Commission, the end result was a cost-effective, community-driven plan Duchesne can use to guide their regulation and capital investments into the next ten years.
