Fairfield Code Update

Located in one of the fastest-growing areas in the state, the community is also located in the middle of a historic area rich in culture with a museum honoring the early settlers of the town that included the Pony Express, Johnston’s Army, and a host of other historic figures have roots in this area. Fairfield Town needed an update to their entire codebook to deal with not only residential growth pressure but with outside commercial businesses that directly impacted the fabric of the community. This project focused on working with the Planning Commission to rewrite each chapter to update a growing community full of history.
