Grand County HR Study and Building Assessment

Grand County asked the Rural Community Consultants to create a staffing analysis. This project was to design and designate the roles and responsibilities of the county employees in order to project the physical facility needs into the coming decades. The County puts a high priority on transparency and efficiency, so providing suggestions for different staff roles allowed the county not only to determine the course of action in the present time, but this analysis permits the county to evaluate where gaps or needs for the county may be open. This collaboration with the organization’s internal leadership led to important conversations and more effective guidance for staff.
