Honeyville City General Plan

Honeyville City, located in northern Utah, partnered with Rural Community Consultants to update their general plan in response to the growing threat to its rural character caused by regional growth pressure. Recognizing the need for a strategic approach to development regulation, the City explored ways to ensure that growth would be deliberate and aligned with their traditional identity and values. The initiative leveraged RCC’s expertise in rural planning and community engagement to chart a sustainable and intentional path forward.
