LaVerkin City General Plan
The regional growth of Washington County and the increasing visitorship to Zion National Park are expected to continue. The current plan for the city was adopted almost eight years ago, and a lot has changed since then. LaVerkin secured funding support from the Utah Community Impact Board and retained Rural Community Consultants to update their general plan. This initiative will be done concurrently with a transportation master plan that will be conducted by Jones & DeMille Engineering.
