Manila Town General Plan

Located near the tourism destination of the Flaming Gorge, Manila was seeing new growth and needed a plan to maintain the rural character they had worked so hard to preserve. In working with the Town Council, the concept of maintaining their rural village layout was implemented through a new general plan and code recommendations. The initiative also included marketing materials as a tourist destination, and strategies to diversify their economic profile.
