Parowan General Plan

Rural Community Consultants was tasked to help the City of Parowan work on a General Plan for a community dealing with such issues as diversifying their economy, attracting younger families into the community, and maintaining and updating needed transportation infrastructure. Located along I-15 and near Cedar City, Parowan needed a general plan to help the community succeed over the next 5-10 years. Working closely with City officials a plan was produced that can be closely followed and easily implemented to enact the vision of the citizens.
