Randolph Ordinance Update

The Town of Randolph was forecasting an increase in demand for landowners that wanted to subdivide their property as well as those that would be interested in converting their homes into short term rentals. The Town’s land use ordinances didn’t address either of those issues, so they asked Rural Community Consultants to research the issues and propose new ordinance language.
