Roosevelt City Strategic Plan

Roosevelt City needed a shared vision to identify core values that will shape the identity and investments of the City going forward. The City was looking for a plan with specific recommendations that will improve the City’s reputation and long-term capital, social and human resources.

Rural Community Consultants was asked to conduct comprehensive research and analysis on the City, the general plan, the code, investments and regional economics. An implementation strategy and concise strategic plan that includes specific steps and responsible parties who will be accountable for approaching funding sources and advancing projects will be developed. Rural Community Consultants will also provide a list of funding options, and an audit of potential process and policy changes.
