Seven County Infrastructure Coalition Socioeconomics

The goal of the Seven County Infrastructure Coalition is to address essential regional infrastructure needs and to plan for future infrastructure elements in the Uintah Basin and southeastern Utah. The intent of the Rural Community Consultants’ support of the Coalition is to provide technical assistance on land use proposals, communicate criteria and findings, and to conduct applied research on rural issues and infrastructure strategies. Our research work required a particular emphasis on socioeconomic drivers.
