Sevier County General Plan Update / Resource Management Plan

Planning for the future of Sevier County is essential to creating a shared vision, maintaining rural character, and protecting property rights. The County was looking for a general plan that will will allow the County to steer growth while providing an adequate level of service for citizens.

The County approached Rural Community Consultants to help create up-to-date general plan that will include housing, land-use, capital investments, and transportation elements. A capital improvements strategy, implementation guide, and zoning map will be provided in the deliverable.
