State of Utah: Statewide Subdivision Ordinance Update

RCC reached a significant milestone with our 100th contract, as one of the few consultants that were available for Utah’s statewide subdivision ordinance update. This project showcased our deep expertise in local government planning, as we provided support to over 80 municipalities—representing nearly one-third of Utah’s cities and towns—within just one year. The widespread adoption of our services reflects both the quality of our work and our ability to understand diverse community needs, from rural townships to growing cities. Our extensive reach demonstrated the trust local leaders place in RCC’s ability to deliver practical, implementable solutions that strengthen their communities’ regulatory frameworks.
