UTSSD Website Redesign, Development, and Implementation

The Uintah Transportation Special Service District (UTSSD) asked Rural Community Consultants to develop a new website.  They wanted their site to be the primary way that it communicates its mission and progress with the public and how it interacts with its board members and regional elected officials.  They wanted each page to have a clear purpose, easy navigation, responsive design, ADA accessible, and be easy to maintain.

Rural Community Consultants hosts and helps maintain this site for a small monthly fee.
